What does the Scan ASAP app do?
The app scans fiscal receipts – whether cash or non-cash. Using the QR code, it automatically retrieves the receipt from the Tax Authority, stores it in a database, and makes it accessible only to authorized persons like accountants or company employees.
How accurate is the retrieved receipt?
This is the strength of SCAN ASAP: our receipts are 100% accurate and contain all the data ready for ERP import — including items, GTIN codes, amounts, VAT, and even the cashier. We don’t use OCR or classic journal parsing, which can lead to errors.
Do I need an account to use the app?
No. You can use the app without an account. You only need a fiscal receipt with a QR code, a mobile device, and internet access.
Who can scan the receipt?
Anyone. The seller, buyer, or anyone who has access to the receipt – the app is free and open to everyone.
Does the app remember my scanned receipts?
Scanned receipts are stored on the server and are accessible as long as you have an internet connection.
How is the receipt delivered to the accountant?
Magic. As soon as you scan the QR code, we know exactly who needs to see the receipt.
Does the accountant need to use a special app?
Yes, for detailed work and review, the Asap CORE WEB app is used – intended for accountants.
What if I scan a non-cash receipt?
In that case, the receipt is sent to the DEMO database, where you can see how processing works without creating an account (using Google login).
Is it safe to send receipt data?
Yes. Data is sent over a secure and encrypted (HTTPS) channel, preventing misuse.
On which devices can I use Scan ASAP?
Scan ASAP is available for Android and iOS devices.
Can I see my previously scanned receipts?
Yes, the app has a scan history section that you can view anytime.
Will the scan history be deleted?
Yes, if you delete the app or change your phone.
Does the app work without internet?
No. Scanning and viewing fiscal receipts both require an internet connection.
