Built for owners, sales reps and sales teams who want a clear overview
The problem isn't a lack of data
The problem is that no one has the full picture of the sale.
When information stays in spreadsheets, private messages and notes, a sale depends on one person's memory instead of a clear process.
Partners, offers and agreements live in different Excel files that no one updates the same way.
An important call, comment or document is hard to find when a decision needs to be made or a sale needs to be taken over.
An offer was sent, but it's unclear who should follow up with the partner, when, and about what.
Partner profile
From first contact to results: everything you know about a partner.
The partner screen brings together basic information, contact details, the collaboration history, all sales, products and performance metrics. The partner rating shown in the hero section is calculated from the actual ratio of won and lost sales.
Rating based on sales win rate

A simple sales process
From a new opportunity to a clear outcome in four steps.
- 1
Choose the partner and product
For a new sale you only pick a partner and a product. The CRM stores the product data exactly as it was at the moment the sale was created.
- 2
Assign owners and start the sale
The team gets a clear status, ownership and context, with no extra spreadsheet to maintain.
- 3
Log activities and next actions
Calls, meetings, comments, documents and rescheduled dates build the chronological history of the sale.
- 4
Close the sale without losing history
Mark the sale as won or lost, while the complete flow stays available for partner analysis.
Continue the business flow
The sale is closed. The work is just beginning.
When a sales opportunity becomes a job to deliver, continue the organization in the Dispatch ASAP module. Plan deliveries, field teams, locations, services, tasks and field work within the same ASAP platform.
From sale to delivery
A closed sale isn't the end of the process.
If a sale is followed by delivery, a field visit, installation, service or other on-site work, you can continue that work in the Dispatch ASAP module.

One business context
A CRM that doesn't start from an empty address book.
CRM ASAP uses existing ASAP Core data about partners, products, employees, files, coordinates and comments. The sales team doesn't build a new isolated system — it uses the same business context the company already knows.

Frequently asked questions
Before you roll out CRM ASAP
What is CRM ASAP?
CRM ASAP is a module of the ASAP Core platform for running the complete sales process toward a partner. It connects partners, individual sales, products, employees, activities, documents, comments and next actions.
Can one partner have multiple sales?
Yes. Every sales opportunity is tracked as a separate sale with its own status, employees, documents, activities and history. All sales are also visible on the partner overview.
Which sale statuses does the CRM support?
A sale can be New, In progress, On hold, Won or Lost. Every status change is recorded in the sale's timeline.
How does the CRM prevent forgotten next steps?
On a sale you can schedule a next action, reschedule it, mark it as done or cancel it. The partner screen shows the next upcoming scheduled action.
Does changing a product later affect past sales?
No. Later changes to a product do not change the data on sales that are already open or closed.
Which metrics do I see for a partner?
The CRM KPI panel shows the win rate, the number of won, lost and active sales, the total number of sales, the most active products, the average close time and the next action.
How long does it take to get started?
Most companies can start working the same day. You just need to add employees, partners and open your first sale.
Can I switch from Excel?
Yes. CRM ASAP is built to replace scattered spreadsheets and bring partners, sales, activities, documents and next steps together in one place.
Is there a limit on the number of sales?
No. You can open and manage an unlimited number of sales.
Is there a limit on adding files?
No. You can attach offers, contracts, photos and other documentation to a sale with no limit on the number of files.
Can multiple employees work on one sale?
Yes. You can assign more than one responsible employee to a sale, with a view of their activities and the complete work history.
Does the CRM work on mobile phones?
A mobile app is in development and will be available soon. Until then, you can use the CRM from a web browser on your phone, tablet or computer.
Are there reminders?
Reminders and advanced notifications are coming soon to the CRM module. Scheduling next sales actions is already available.
Is there help with initial setup?
Getting-started guides are available. For additional help you can contact support.
